CapyAgent - a program on your own computer.

For Bitrix24, telephony and advertising

Not a chatbot on your site,
but a program that reads your Bitrix24

It goes into Bitrix24 and telephony itself and each morning at 8:00 writes in Telegram who never got a call back. It runs on your machine and only reads the CRM.

  • 502missed calls in a month
  • 76%of revenue with no source
  • 694/643/597three counts of one month

Figures from a live customer base, anonymised.

These are ready-made jobs for a business. The program itself does more, and the whole of it is on the home page.

CapyAgentonline · Telegram
08:00 · on its own, on schedule

7 people got no answer yesterday

  • 4 calls - nobody rang back
  • 2 web enquiries have been waiting more than a day
  • 1 person waited 47 seconds in the queue and hung up
  • 19 enquiries have no source recorded

This is what the message looks like. The figures in it are an example; the real ones, and the whole conversation, are further down this page.

Where exactly they were taken is set out in "First week" below. For yourself and inside your own company it is 0 RUB, as long as your computer is on at 8:00. If it is shut at that hour, the cloud sends the digest instead: 5,000 RUB per month. Nothing is on a mandatory subscription, and the whole price picture is further down this page.

  • Reads Bitrix24, telephony, mail and Yandex.Direct
  • Writes to you in Telegram
  • In the CRM it only reads, it cannot change anything
  • Your conversations and files stay with you

The difference

Why not the portal's built-in agents

Bitrix24 has agents of its own, and inside the portal they are on home ground. Our work starts outside that perimeter, and the digest is assembled from those sources together with the portal's data, not from the portal alone:

  • Call tracking - calls, missed ones and queue waiting time: the portal does not hold them.
  • Mail - letters and attachment names, which show an enquiry that never reached the CRM.
  • Yandex.Direct - campaign spend next to the deals, so a source can be counted in money.
  • Avito - reviews through the official API: verified live on 06.09.2026.
  • Your own machine - files, documents and commands the portal does not have at all.

The second difference is where it lives. The program runs on your side: conversations, notes, tasks and keys sit on your own machine, not in someone else's console. There is no account to open in someone else's service, the control panel opens on your own machine, and your people have nothing new to learn - the question is asked in Telegram in plain words.

We promise nothing about Avito conversations: we have not checked them live through the API. Reading reviews is what has been checked, and only that.

01 / First week

What you will see
in the first week

Three questions nobody in the company answers quickly today. Next to each one is what turned up in a live base where we had already counted it by hand.

01 every morning

Who was left without an answer

502missed inbound calls in one month, and 218 of them hung up inside the voice menu

The list arrives in Telegram: how many calls were missed, whom we called back ourselves and in time, and who simply walked away. Those 218 people did not fail to get through - they did not wait.

02 in a minute

Where this customer came from

1,587,990 RUBwent into one ad channel over seven and a half months, and four new customers could be traced back to it

You ask about one specific deal and get the chain back: the call, the web form, the ad source. Until the source is recorded, the money is visible and the customers are not: 76% of the attributed revenue sat under "direct enquiry" until the numbers and the forms were reconciled with the calls.

03 before the report

A number you can trust

694 / 643 / 597enquiries in one and the same month, depending on which of three ways you count them

Before naming a figure it checks how many records the portal promised against how many it actually returned. If they differ it says so out loud and finishes the export in parts instead of passing off a partial one as complete. The argument about figures starts with definitions, not with data.

Where these figures come from. Our analyst took them in the base of a company whose analytics we run under contract; the name is not here, because we never asked permission to publish it. Missed means every inbound call where the person waited longer than five seconds. The 76% is a share of the revenue attributed to customers, not of all revenue. The ad spend covers 01.01-17.08.2026, and the same analysis says plainly that in a count like this you can trust the order of magnitude, not the figure to the last rouble.

02 / Evidence

We check on your data,
before any contract

Nobody puts an unfamiliar program next to a live CRM first. So the first step is diagnostics and a pilot on your own data, not a rollout. Below is what backs this up today.

01 a different industry, the same program

A pump equipment supplier

410quotes built for enquiries from 100 companies; four salespeople work through it

A different job, the same principle: the enquiry arrives by email or in a chat, the program reads it, looks the items up in a price-list base and assembles a draft quote. It fills in a price only where it has a source - in 326 items out of 692 - and says outright that the rest are not in the price lists. The company's name is not here: on this site we name the industry, not the customer.

02 what we do not claim

About the morning digest, plainly

The connections it is built from have been checked on a live Bitrix24 portal and a live telephony account, and the figures above were taken in a live base. A company already running this exact digest we cannot name next to it: we have no such name yet. So we start with diagnostics and a pilot on your own data - first whether the figures add up, then the money.

03 / How it looks

A head of sales, 8:00 in the morning

At 8:00 the digest is already in Telegram and nobody has to ask for it. Below is that conversation in full: what the program looked at, what it found and what it asked about before sending anything.

Already done

Calls and web enquiries are read from telephony, deals from Bitrix24. Both connections have been checked on a live account.

CapyAgentonline · Telegram
08:00 · on its own, on schedule
  • Took yesterday's calls and web enquiries from telephony: 214
  • Pulled the new deals from Bitrix24: 138 of the 142 it promised
  • Matched them by phone number: who got no answer, whose source is empty
Yesterday 7 people never got an answer, and 19 enquiries have no source at all. The portal also returned 138 records out of 142: that is a truncated export, not "that was all there was". I am finishing it in parts.
7no answer
19no source
4missing
Waiting more than a day
  • +7 917 ..., yesterday 14:20 · web enquiry, nobody called back
  • +7 495 ..., yesterday 16:05 · waited 47 seconds in the queue and hung up
  • Five more on the list: time, channel and the manager who owns it
Send the list to the head of sales. And show me where the source gap is
One gap: all 19 came in on a number that is not tagged in telephony, so the card stays empty. The list is ready; sending it is a separate action: I will show you who gets what and wait for your "yes". I do not write to Bitrix24, my CRM access is read-only.

The figures in this conversation are invented as an example - unlike the figures in the cards above. What is real here is the mechanics: return is measured two ways at once, and a partial export is called partial. That is exactly what the connection code does.

04 / Setup

Three steps, and after that it sends on its own

01

You install the app

Download the installer for Windows, macOS or Linux and open it. An ordinary start needs no Git, no Docker and no terminal commands. The macOS and Windows packages are not signed yet, so the system will ask you at first launch whether you really want to open it.

02

You grant access to two systems

A Bitrix24 webhook and a telephony key. Reading yes, changing no: a request that would change data is refused inside the program and never reaches the portal at all.

03

You say what to send and when

In an ordinary sentence: "every morning at 8:00, who got no answer yesterday". After that the digest comes on its own, with no task scheduler and no developer.

05 / Your data

Why you can let it near
a live CRM

The audit of 19.08.2026 closed 21 findings. What follows are not promises but properties of the code: each one has a test.

01 perimeter

Everything stays with you

Conversations, notes and jobs are stored on your computer or your server. There is no hidden telemetry. The model you choose receives only the slice needed to answer.

Technical details and tests

02 read-only

It only reads your CRM

Any request that would add, change or delete data is refused inside the program and is never sent to the portal. Data in Bitrix24 can only be changed by a person working in the portal.

03 approval

It sends nothing silently

An email, a message into someone else's chat, a click on a web page - it first shows exactly what it is about to do and waits for your "yes". Consent is one-time: next time it asks again.

06 / Money

One picture, no asterisks

Nothing is on a mandatory subscription. You pay only for what you picked yourself, and any step can be skipped.

10,000 RUBone-off, diagnostics

We look at your systems and say it plainly: this part comes off your hands, that part does not.

  • Diagnostics - 10,000 RUB one-off
  • Pilot on your own data - 50,000 RUB
  • Ongoing support - 35,000 RUB per month
  • Every step is separate, there is no mandatory bundle
Send a request

A frame, so there is something to compare against: for Russian implementation shops the entry to this market starts with a project, from 50,000 RUB to 150,000 RUB up front - their own figures, from pages read on 06.09.2026. Our starting point is different: installing it for yourself costs 0 RUB, a one-off diagnostic is 10,000 RUB. The model's work, the subscriptions and the resale licence are set out separately, on the pricing page.

07 / Questions

What people usually ask

How long will it take to start with us?
We do not promise a deadline: we have never measured one, and inventing it would be dishonest. The order is this: installing the program and handing over two keys is one sitting of work; after that the time goes on access, on working out how your portal is arranged and on checking that the figures match what you see with your own eyes. That is exactly what diagnostics and the pilot are for, and after diagnostics the timing is named against your own systems.
Our Bitrix has been rebuilt to fit us. Will it work?
That is exactly what it was written for. The program does not guess how your portal is arranged: it first looks at your fields, pipelines, dictionaries and smart processes, and only then counts. A schema guessed in advance breaks on the second client.
We are not on Bitrix24, we have a different CRM. Is this page about us?
Half about you, and there is nothing to lie about here. Of the CRMs, exactly one is ready today: Bitrix24. There is no amoCRM and no other CRM in the list of connections, and we do not present what is undone as done. Everything else on this page does not depend on the CRM - telephony, mail, the website, documents, the schedule and the digests work separately. At the diagnostic we look at what your system gives out through its API and say it plainly: we take it on, or we do not. A separate connection is work, not a checkbox in the settings.
How is this different from giving ChatGPT access to our data?
In where it runs and what it is allowed to do. The program runs on your own machine, goes into your systems by itself, checks exports for completeness and asks before acting outwards. You choose the model provider, and you can change it.
How much does it cost?
For yourself and inside your own company it is free. A licence is needed only for paid deployment or resale to third parties: 10,000 RUB per year per client instance. Cloud, diagnostics, pilot and support are separate services you pick yourself. Details are on the pricing page.
We have our own engineer. Where can they read the details?
How the connections are built, how API errors are handled, the list of systems and the honest readiness status for Windows, macOS, Linux and the cloud live on a separate page for technical specialists.

Tell us what is getting lost

Three lines, half a minute. We will look at which programs you already run and what your people do by hand, and say it plainly: this part comes off your hands, that part does not.

The request goes to Kirill Smolnikov in Telegram: he owns CapyAgent and reads them himself. He answers them himself too, there is no sales department here. There is no night or weekend rota, so we do not promise a response time. If you cannot wait, write straight to ksmolnikov02@gmail.com.

By submitting the form you agree to the processing of the contact details you provided so that we can answer you. We do nothing else with them, and there are no mailings.
